How to open a shipment
Open the full shipment record before quoting so you can review every available detail and requirement.
- Find the shipment
Locate the shipment you want to review on the JRN Open Shipment Board below.
- Hover over the shipment
Move your mouse over the shipment row. You do not need to click it.
- Press the Spacebar
While your cursor is over the row, press the Spacebar to open the full shipment record.
Using a phone or tablet? Tap the shipment row to open it.
If the page scrolls when you press Spacebar: Click once inside the shipment list, hover over the shipment again, and then press the Spacebar.
